• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Certain items, such as digital products, personalized items, or sale items, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Exceptions
